Raised in the southwest corner of Florida alongside her identical twin, Barbara came to know early the nature of reflection—how connection shapes perception, and how life reveals itself through relationship. Her BFA in Art & Design refined her eye for form and pattern, informing a way of seeing the body not as a problem to solve, but as a system communicating.

After becoming a licensed esthetician, she recognized how much of the beauty world had lost connection to whole-being healing. Her apprenticeship with master holistic esthetician Emma Graves at the Brooklyn Herborium established a foundational trust in the body’s innate intelligence to heal and create healthy skin without interference. This paradigm shift led her understanding of skin expanded into the wider field of body and mind as one continuous language.

Further study in Body-Mind Centering with Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen opened a fascination with embryology and the shared origin of skin and nervous system, illuminating the intimate link between skin and psyche. Her training also includes Herbal Medicine and Homeopathy with Peeka Trenkle, Reiki with Tammy Britton through the International House of Reiki, Medical Qi Gong with Dr. Isabella Gucci, and Range of Light Coaching with Tracey Wright.

Barbara offers a cultivation of self-healing that inspires the transformation of habits and restores harmonious exchange within oneself and all of life, grounded in truth, nature, and simplicity.

She offers holistic facials, consultations, coaching, and medical qi gong from her Silver Lake studio in Los Angeles, CA.
